| Abstract: | Avian infectious bronchitis virus classified as one of coronavi- ruses causes poultry diseases mostly on respiratory system, reproductive organs and kidneys. Various antigenicities and numerous serotypes have been identified over decades, and cross-immunity does not exist among many IBV strains. Control and prevention of infectious bronchitis thus must be based on the isolation and identification of IBV field iso- lates locally. |
