无土栽培营养液pH值对黄连木幼苗生长及营养元素吸收的影响

摘    要:珍珠岩作为培养基质,采用营养液pH值为5、6、7、8、95个水平希勒尔(Hiller)营养液,对黄连木幼苗生长进行处理。盆栽87d后,测定黄连木幼苗苗高、地上鲜重、根鲜重和地上干重、根干重以及黄连木幼苗对营养元素吸收情况。分析结果表明,在pH5~9的范围内,黄连木幼苗生长发育适宜的营养液pH值范围是5~6,所测定的叶片中营养元素含量,其中5种元素Fe、Mn、Zn、N、Mg在pH5时最高,3种元素P、Ca、Cu在pH9时为最高,中间变化规律不尽相同。

Abstract:Pearlite acts as culture medium, and Hiller nourish is adopted, PH is adjusted to five levels:5,6,7,8,9. After 87 days potted plant, measure height growth, fresh weight of the part above ground, fresh and dry weight of the root, and the absorption of the seedlings to each mineral nutrient. The conclusion are as follows: among 5 to 9, the suitable pH for the growth of the seedlings of pistacia chinensis is 5~6.Among the measured absorption of the blade to mineral nutrient, five nutrients including Fe,Mn,Zn,N and Mg are the highest when pH is 5, three nutrients including P, Ca and Cu are the highest when pH is 9
