摘    要:研究拮抗菌对红地球葡萄的抑菌保鲜作用,以及红地球采后贮藏期果实主要品质指标的变化规律。结果表明,在贮藏过程中,红地球葡萄中还原糖、可滴定酸、Vc含量逐渐减少,拮抗菌P1、P5处理能够明显降低还原糖、可滴定酸的降解和损失。拮抗菌P1和P5还能明显推迟贮藏期葡萄发病,减少质量损失率、落粒率,降低发病率。

Abstract:The effects of antagonistic bacterium on bacteriostasis and fresh keeping and on changes of the main indexes of storage quality during Red Globe grape preservation were studied. The results showed that during the storage,the content of reducing sugar,titratable acid,and Vc decreased gradually. However,the treatments of antagonistic bacteria P1 and P5 strains could lower the losses of reducing sugar,titratable acid and Vc.Antagonistic bacteria P1 and P5 could delayed the onset of grape decay caused by Botrytis cinerea and reduced the disease incidence,the weight loss and abscission of grape berries.
