摘 要: | 来自辣椒体内的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)BS-2和BS-1菌株对香蕉炭疽菌菌丝生长、分生孢子形成及萌发等有较强的抑制作用.接种病菌16d后,两菌株对香蕉炭疽病防治效果达34.0%(BS-1)-90.0%(BS-2),其中BS-2的防效比BS-1高.

Biological control of banana anthracnose with endophytic Bacillus subtilis BS-2 and BS-1 isolated from capsicum |

Abstract: | The mycelium growth, conidia formation and germination of Collectotrchum musae were strongly inhibited by endophytic bacteria, BS 2 and BS 1(Bacillus subsitis), which were isolated from capsicum. The 34.0%-90.0% control effect was produced by the two strains in 16 d after inoculating the pathogen, and the effect of BS 2 was better than that of BS 1. |
