夏大豆F_2-F_4世代间产量及产量性状的遗传关系

摘    要:10个夏大豆杂交组合的F_2、F_3和F_4代同期播种。结果表明,各组合世代间产量差异不显著。F_2与F_4世代间单株粒重等的相关系数都达到显著标准。各产量性状的遗传力和遗传进度在F_2代较低,不宜选择,至F_4代有较大提高,可进行选择。采用C.A.Brim的改良系谱法时,应结合早期世代组合鉴定,逐代淘汰不良组合,提高选择效果。

Abstract:The F2,F3 and F4 generation of 10 summer soybean crosses togethe were sown at same seeding time.It was found that yield difference between generation and generation wasn't significant and the correlation coefficient of pod numbers per plant,100 kernels weight,kerenel weight per plant and kernel numbers per plant of F2 and F4 generation was significant.The herita-bility and genetic advance of F2 generation were low,therefore F2 was not selected.But F4 has high heritability and genetic advance,it could be used.It will get better selection effect,if soybean crosses at early generation were identificated and eliminated with C.A.Brim's modified pedigree method.
