摘    要:"撤点并校"作为一项教育改革的措施,其初衷是将有限的教育资源集中起来,以提高农村整体教育水平。但撤点并校却造成众多负面影响——亲情断裂、乡土终结、心理缺失、负担加重等。结合我国现状,本文从项目管理的角度对"撤点并校"政策进行分析,并对其进行思考并提出了一系列建议。

Abstract:The combing school pohcy, as a way of education reform, which aimed at setting up the limited education resources to improve the overall rural education level, has caused many negative effects, including family breaking, end of local junior high, psychological deficit, heavier burden, etc. Combined with the present situation in China, this paper analyzed this policy from the view of project management, and put forward some suggestions.
