徐薯18脱毒薯苗不同世代干物质积累与分配规律研究

摘    要:以徐薯 18四个世代的脱毒苗为材料 ,研究了它的干物质积累与分配规律。结果表明 ,脱毒甘薯徐薯18薯苗干物质的积累 ,在整个生育期内都明显高于对照 ,其分配规律为 :前期以地上部茎叶为主 ,中后期地下部块根积聚迅速增加 ,具有较高的生物产量和经济产量。脱毒徐薯 18茎尖苗、原原种苗、原种苗、良种苗的生物产量分别比对照高 5 4.7%、32 .3%、2 7.9%、14.1% ,经济产量分别比对照高 5 3 .6 %、2 3 .9%、2 2 .0 %、12 .4% ,源库关系协调

Abstract:Compared to control, accumulation of dry matter of virus free sweetpotato Xushu 18 was obviously increased in the whole growth and development period. The dry matter distributiion showed that it was mainly distributed to vines in early and to storage root quickly in middle and later stages. Biological yield of vine tip cutting, original cutting, stock cutting and improved variety cutting of virus free sweetpotato Xushu 18 were higher than the control, increased by 54.7 %, 32.3%, 27.9% and 14.1%, respectively, and economic yield raised by 53.6%, 23.9%, 22.0 % and 12.4 % respondingly, indicating a harmonious source sink relationship.
