摘    要:从培养不同时间后的柱状嗜纤维菌中提取菌体脂多糖 (LPS) ,测定了其中蛋白质含量及成分的变化 ,并分别作为免疫原接种翘嘴鳜对其免疫原性进行了比较。结果表明 ,培养时间对菌体LPS中蛋白质含量没有明显影响 ,对其蛋白质成分则有一定影响 ,而菌体LPS中蛋白质成分与其免疫原性有关 ,从培养 36h的菌体中提取的菌体LPS的免疫原性最强

Abstract:The lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was extracted from Cytophaga columnaris strain SC?5 and SC?6 which had been cultured for different time. Then the content and composition of the protein in LPS was determined using Lowry's method and polyacrylamide gel disc electropharesis method, respectively. The antigenicity of LPS were examined by vaccinating mandarinfish ( Siniperca chautsi Basilewsky). The experimental result showed that the cultune time had no significant effects on the content of protein in LPS, but the composition of LPS were significantly different. The LPS extracted from Cytophaga columnaris which had been cultured for 36 hours has the highest antigenicity.;
