摘    要:将33头泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛随机分为3组,试验Ⅰ组日粮中添加1.2mg/kg的F89,试验Ⅱ组日粮中添加20mg/kg的瘤胃素,结果表明:在热应激条件下,F89可以提高奶牛的粗饲料采量和减缓产奶量下降;使用瘤胃素,奶牛产奶量比试前提高8.32%;同时这两种物质都具有抗热应激和提高血清PRL及T4水平的趋势。

Abstract:Holstein cows were divided into 3 groups at random to carry out a feeding trial. 1.2 mg/kg F89 and 20 mg/kg rumensin were added to the feed for experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 respectively. After 45 days, the experiment results show that F89 can increase the roughage intake and keep the milk yields stable; rumensin can increase the milk yields by 8.32% compared with that of the pre?trial and by 12.86% compared with that of the control group (group 3). These two chemicals can also increase the levels of serum PRL and T 4 and release the heat stress of dairy cows.
