籼型两系杂交水稻的配合力研究

选用 6个不同来源的籼型核不育系与 7个优良恢复系按 6× 7不完全双列杂交方式配制 4 2个组合 ,估算了单株产量等 1 2个性状的配合力。结果表明 :①籼型两系杂交稻组合的产量和其他性状 ,同时受恢复系、不育系一般配合力效应和组合特殊配合力效应的作用 ;②不育系和恢复系的一般配合力效应比组合特殊配合力效应起着更为重要的作用

Study on the Combining Ability of Indica Two-line Hybrid Rice

To study the combining ability of 12 agronomic traits of two line Indica hybrid rice, 6 different photo thermo sensitive sterile lines (PGMS) and 7 restorer lines were used to make an incomplete diallel cross. Results showed that the yield and other characters of two line Indica hybrids are determined by the effects of general combining ability and specific combining ability of both the sterile lines and restorer lines, and the general combining ability is more important.
