| 摘 要： | 废旧农膜回收利用是国家《土壤污染防治行动计划》的重要组成部分,回收工作要目标明确、因地制宜、分类施策。本文介绍了周口市废旧地膜回收利用现状、采取的主要措施,分析了废旧地膜回收存在的问题,并据此提出了相应的建议,以期为当地废旧地膜回收利用提供参考。

| Abstract: | The recovery and utilization of waste agricultural film is an important part of the National Action Plan for soil pollution prevention and control. Local governments should strengthen financial support and supervision, encourage and mobilize social capital and the active participation of non-governmental organizations and personnel, so as to form a market operation system with the active participation of governments, enterprises and farmers. |
