| 摘 要： | 目的]研究黄粉虫虫粉对白僵菌生长的影响。方法]利用黄粉虫幼虫作为添加物,添加到PDA培养基中,制成4、2、1、0.5、0.25、0.125、0.0625 g/100 ml 7个浓度,以不加虫体的培养基为对照,对白僵菌菌株的生长速度、孢子萌发率、菌丝直径、产孢时间、产孢量和POD酶活性等指标进行测定。结果]PDA培养基中添加黄粉虫幼虫能提高白僵菌的生长速度、孢子萌发率、产孢时间、产孢量和POD酶活性,但是对孢子大小及菌丝直径影响较小。通过综合评价筛选,黄粉虫添加量为4 g的培养基上白僵菌生长最优,各项指标都有明显的优势。结论]该研究可为应用黄粉虫培养白僵菌的研究提供理论依据。
