种用公鸡繁殖期饲料配方筛选

选取３０周龄体重相傧伊莎褐蛋白用型父母代种公鸡５４只,种母鸡５７６只,种母鸡饲喂同一产蛋鸡料,种公鸡分别饲喂３种日粮：１号料含蛋白质１８％、赖氨酸０．９２％,含硫氨基酸０．６６％,钙３．６％;２号料蛋白质１３．２％,赖氨酸０．５９％、含硫氨基酸０．４６％、钙１．０％,３号料中配以专用维纱－微量元素预混料。

Selecting of feed formula in the breeder cock's breeding period

Use the 3038 weeks aged ISA BROWN parents layers,to study the best nutritional level of the stock cock.Methods:selected 54 stock cocks and 576 stock layers whose weight are about the same.The stock hens are fed the same layers'feed,the stock cocks are fed three kinds of diets,the first feed contain high level of protein(18%),animon acids(0.92%Lys,0.66%SAA) and calcium(3.6%),whereas the second feed contain the low level of protein(13.2%),animon acids (0.59%Lys,0.46%SAA)and calcium(1.0%),the third feed were exchanged vitamin and trace element premix with the second feed.The result is:the low nutritional level diatary contrast with the high nuritional level diatary,the semen quality,the fertility and the hatchability of the stock cocks were not different.and the health of the stock cock are not affected.Use the special premix of vcitamin and trace element diatary,the fertility and hatchability of the incubated eggs are highed 2.15 and 3.37 respectively.
