| Abstract: | The high diathesis and innovating system for talent students culturing in aquaculture speciality is constructed undergoing exploring and systemic investigating for 10 years. The aquaculture speciality building is conducted fruitfully according to this education system, and accumulating ideas and modus operandi are used for reference. |
