基于偏离-份额分析法的农安县土地利用结构变化差异研究

根据农安县2008年和2014年耕地面积、城镇及农村居民点用地面积、工矿用地面积和交通基础设施用地面积等四种用地类型的用地规模数据,利用偏离-份额分析模型对农安县下辖22个乡镇的四类用地总规模和各类用地规模进行偏离份额分析,归纳总结土地利用演变的特征和差异性。结果表明,耕地面积减少和建设用地面积增加是农安县各乡镇土地利用结构变化的普遍特征;土地利用变化的总偏离以及土地利用结构因素和竞争力因素引起的总用地变化、各类用地变化则存在明显的区域差异性。

Study on Variations in Land-use Composition Change of Nong'an County Based on the Shift-Share Analysis

Using the land-use scale data of four land types (agricultural acreage,land area used by township and rural residents,industrial and mining land area,transport infrastructure land area) of Nong'an county in 2008 and 2014,the total and respective scales of the four-type land use were analyzed by the Shift-Share analytical mode,and the characteristics and variations in land-use evolution were summarized.The results showed that,the decrease of agricultural acreage and increase of constructive acreage were common features of all the towns of Nong'an county.Moreover,there was a marked regional discrepancy among the total shift of land use variation,total land use variation induced by competitiveness and land-use composition,and the variation of all types of land uses.
