| 摘 要： | 作为重要的铜矿后备基地和资源成熟型城市的代表,江西省德兴市的产业与城市转型发展面临着多重机遇与挑战,通过服务业基准指标测算,综合分析德兴市资源概况与区位条件及其产业转型的优势与困境,得出了德兴市面向服务业转型的路径,构建了德兴市的服务业体系,进一步指出了德兴市向服务业转型发展的保障机制,以期对中国其他资源成熟型城市的产业转型和服务业总体规划有一定的借鉴意义。

Transformation of Mature Resource-based Cities and Path of Service Industrial Development---A Case Study of Dexing City in Jiangxi Province |

| Abstract: | As an important copper reserve base and a typica1 mature resource city, the deve1opment of city and industrial transformation in Dexing city of Jiangxi province is facing mu1tip1e cha11enges and opportunities. Measuring by key eva1uation indexes, and through the comprehensive ana1ysis of genera1 situation and 1ocation of resources in Dexing city,as we11 as strengths and difficu1ties faced by industria1 transformation, the path for transformation of Dexing city to service industry was pointed out, and a service industria1 system was bui1t. The guarantee mechanism for transformation of Dexing city to service industry was then estab1ished,which might have certain imp1ication for the industria1 transformation and overa11 service indus-tria1 p1ans of other mature resource cities in China. |
