| 摘 要： | 根据产品设计中需求的不确定性,通过分析灵敏度与客户需求变化对产品设计的影响,构建了设计柔性度量模型,提出了基于灵敏度分析的设计柔性度量方法,并以汽车钢板弹簧为例,采用有限元分析进行实例仿真,验证了该方法的有效性。

Design Flexibility Measurement Method Based on Sensitivity Analysis |

| Abstract: | According to the uncertainty of the requirements in the process of product design and product design inf1uenced by sensitivity ana1ysis and customer demand, the design f1exibi1ity measurement mode1 was constructed and the design f1exibi1ity measurement method based on sensitivity ana1ysis was proposed. For instance, the automobi1e p1ate spring was simu1ated by the finite e1ement ana1ysis to verify the va1idity of the method. |
