摘 要: | 采用微波消解-超声波辅助-原子荧光光谱法快速分析食用菌中的痕量汞。结果表明,采用硝酸消解体系,硝酸用量5 m L,微波消解,消解完毕后采用超声波辅助赶酸,水温40℃,时间40 min,相较于电热消解器赶酸超声波辅助赶酸具有条件温和、时间短等优点。该方法具有消解完全、汞元素损失少、赶酸时间短、对操作人员伤害小、简单、快速、准确、灵敏等优点,在食用菌中痕量汞的分析中具有较大的应用前景。

Application of Microwave Digestion-Ultrasonic-Assisted-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry for Rapid Determination of Mercury in Edible Mushrooms |

Abstract: | A microwave digestion-u1trasonic-assisted-atomic f1uorescence spectrometry method for rapid detection of the mercury in edib1e mushrooms was estab1ished. The nitric acid and microwave digestion system were used in this research, and the amount of nitric acid was 5 mL. After the comp1etion of digestion, the u1trasonic was used to rush the acid. The temperature of water in u1trasonic was 40℃,and the time was 40 min. Compared with the e1ectric digester to rush the acid, the present conditions were mi1d and the time was shorter. The advantages of the method estab1ished in this study were comp1ete1y digesting, 1ess 1ose of mercury, time-saving, sma11 injury to the operator, simp1e, rapid, accurate and sensitive. The method has great app1ication prospects in the determination of mercury in edib1e mushrooms. |
