摘 要: | 徐渝薯35系江苏徐州甘薯研究中心和西南大学以渝06-1-2作母本、宁紫薯1号作父本,于2007年通过嫁接诱导开花、有性杂交、单系鉴定、品系比较和多点综合鉴定选育而成。在2014~2015年的江苏省甘薯品种区域试验和生产试验中,平均鲜薯产量为36 876.42 kg/hm~2,比对照品种平均增产25.69%,胡萝卜素含量达100μg/g·FW(鲜重)。该品种具有鲜薯产量和胡萝卜素含量高、食味优等特点,2015年通过了江苏省农作物品种审定委员会的品种鉴定。

Breeding and Cultivation Techniques of A New Sweetpotato Variety Xuyushu 35 with High Carotene Content |

Abstract: | Xuyushu 35 was bred by Jiangsu Xuzhou Sweetpotato Research Center and Southwest University. The hybrid seeds were obtained by crossing with Yu 06-1-2 as fema1e parent and Ningzishu1 as ma1e parent through grafting,f1owering induc-tion,sexua1 hybridization in 2007. The new sweetpotato variety Xuyushu35 was se1ected and eva1uated by sing1e p1ant se1ec-tion,1ine comparison test and mu1ti1ocationa1 eva1uations from 2008~2015. The resu1ts of Jiangsu regiona1 tests for two years and production tests in 2014~2015 showed that its fresh yie1d was 36 876.42 kg/hm2,25.69% higher than the contro1 variety, and carotene content was 100μg/g?FW. This new variety was certified by Jiangsu Committee for Crop Variety Registration in 2015,which was good sweetpotato variety with high yie1d, carotene content and good cooking qua1ity. |
