控制玉米穗轴直径的基因遗传研究

摘    要:以玉米(Zea mays L.)自交系M54和D34组成的六世代群体为材料,测量不同世代群体内穗轴直径。利用盖钧镒六世代联合分析法,研究控制玉米穗轴粗细的基因遗传分离规律。结果表明,次数分布中F2群体类似于偏正态分布,B1群体呈多峰分布,其中有两条主峰较为明显,B2群体主要呈多峰分布,其中一条主峰非常明显。通过群体AIC值进行适合性检验,该性状符合1对加-显主基因+加-显-上位性多基因遗传D模,主基因遗传率介于62.2%~69.3%之间,多基因遗传率介于20.8%~23.9%之间,主基因效应大于多基因效应,且以加性效应为主,该性状具有较高的育种值。

Genetic Study on Maize Cob Diameter
Abstract:Six generations of maize inbred line M54 and D34 as the research materials were used to measure the cob diameter in the study.P1、P2、F1、F2、BC1 and BC2 of GAI Junyi genetic model were used to study the inheritance of maize cob diameter.The results showed that frequency distribution in F2 population was similar to the skewed normal distribution.B1 group assumed the multi-peak distribution with two main evident.B2 group distributed multimodal,and one of the main peak was very obvious.It fitted the D model of a pair of additive-dominance-epitasis major gene plus additive-dominance-epitasis polygene through the group AIC value fit test.The major gene heritability was between 62.2% and 69.3%,and the polygene heritability was between 20.8% and 23.9%.The main genetic effects were more than polygenic effects,and the additive effect was dominated.This character had high breeding value.
