| 摘 要： | 2012年1月-2014年8月,从全国多地出现传染性支气管炎发病养鸡场(户)中采集病(死)鸡气管、肾脏和腺胃进行流行病学调查。根据各地分离株与YB160株S1基因分子进化树分析,筛选出5个代表性的毒株,在SPF鸡胚中传至第5代,分别进行毒价测定、无菌检验及对SPF鸡的致病力研究。结果,所筛选出的5个流行株在SPF鸡胚传至第5代时,毒价均大于或等于106.1EID50/0.1 m L,菌检阴性,人工感染试验接种1日龄SPF鸡,可引起试验鸡出现典型传染性支气管炎症状。

Isolation and Identification of Five Epidemic Strain of Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus |

| Abstract: | From January, 2012 to April,2014,we did epidemiological investigation by collecting tracheas,kidneys and glandular stomachs of diseased chickens from emerged the infectious bronchitis disease chicken farms ﹙households﹚. According to the analysis of local isolates and YB160 strain’s S1 gene molecular evolutionary tree,we sifted five representative strains. We spread the five strains to the fifth generation with SPF chicken embryo,then we did drug price determination,sterile inspection and the pathogenicity study of SPF chicken of each strain. In the results,we found that when the five strains spread to the fifth generation,drug prices were all higher than 106.1EID50/0.1 mL,sterile inspections were all negative,and artificial infections used 1 day-old SPF chicken could cause typical symptoms of infectious bronchitis. |
