武汉地下空间土地管理研究

随着经济社会的快速发展,中国城市均面临着土地资源稀缺的困境。武汉作为华中地区的中心城市,人地矛盾突出,地下空间土地利用成为了缓解这一矛盾的有效途径。截至2008年,武汉地下空间建设总量约为2 200万m2,极大地促进了武汉城市土地资源的集约化利用。地下空间土地利用规模的不断扩大,对地下空间土地管理提出了更高的要求。因此,通过总结武汉市地下空间土地管理现状,分析其存在问题,提出了提升武汉地下空间土地管理水平的措施建议。

Research on Underground Space Land Management in Wuhan

With the rapid development of economy and society,urban areas are facing the difficulties of land scarcity in China.As the central city in central China,Wuhan are facing the prominent contradiction between land and population,underground space land use have become the effective way to alleviate this contradiction.By 2008,the total construction of underground space in Wuhan was about 22 million square meters,which greatly promoted the intensive use of land resources in Wuhan city.Expansion of land use in underground space made higher requests on the land management.Therefore,by summarizing the status quo of underground space land management in Wuhan,the problems were analyzed and proposals for enhancing the level of land management of underground space in Wuhan were put forward.
