摘    要:介绍了我国盐碱土中的AM真菌资源和AM真菌对植物耐盐性的影响,详细论述了内生菌根真菌提高植物耐盐性的机理,最后对耐盐性机理的研究前景提出了设想。

Abstract:Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) resource in the saline-alkali soil of China,and its effect on salt tolerance of the host plant were discussed.The tolerance mechanism of mycorrhizal plants to high saline-alkali stress was expounded particularly.At last,advanced research on salt-tolerant mechanism was brought forward.
