| 摘 要： | 利用L9(34)正交试验设计和Duncan法检验,确立了垂盆草中黄酮的最佳提取条件。结果表明,以1∶10(g/mL)的50%乙醇水溶液,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为1 h,提取效率较好,而且最佳工艺条件下黄酮产率为1.265 2%。

| Abstract: | In this paper the extracting method and production of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge flavonoid in orthogonal test L_9(3~4)were studied.The results showed that the extracting condition of good yield of flavonoid was 50% C_2H_5OH solution at 60 ℃ for 1h with the solid-liquid ratio 1∶10(g/ml)and the productivevity was 1.265 2%. |
