广东人口城市化与土地城市化关系研究

改革开放以来,广东的经济社会发展取得了举世瞩目的成绩,国民经济持续以每年13.5%左右的速度增长。然而,随着工业化和城市化的推进,广东土地非农化和土地生态环境恶化也日益严重,经济发展对建设用地需求之间的矛盾日益加剧。从土地城市化和人口城市化的关系分析入手,阐述了广东土地城市化和人口城市化发展现状及存在的问题,提出了促进二者协调发展的对策建议。

Study on Relation between Population Urbanization and Land Urbanization in Guangdong

Since the reform and opening up,economic and social development of Guangdong has made notable achievements.The annual national economy increased by 13.5%.However,along with industrialization and urbanized advancement,land non-agriculture and the land ecological environment in Guangdong became worse day by day.Starting from the relationship between land urbanization and population urbanization,the development status and existing problems in land urbanization and population urbanization of Guangdong were elaborated.Countermeasures for the coordinated development of the two were proposed.
