Molecular Makers and Their Application to Forage |

| Abstract: | The principle and methodology of 4 major molecular marker techniques (AFLP, RFLP, RAPD and SSR) are described and compared. The application of the 4 techniques to forage is reviewed briefly, and some problems arising from the application are put forward, which might be a reference for future study. |
