运用微波能技术干燥天然橡胶的研究

摘    要:采用远红外、微波和微波干燥组合作为橡胶干燥介质热源,对干燥胶料的脱水效率、产量、外观质量、产品质量、生产成本、工艺条件等进行研究。研究结果表明:微波干燥单位时间的脱水效率平均为9.22%,是远红外干燥平均值的4.7倍,是气流干燥平均值的17.7倍;微波干燥最适于去除普通干燥方法较难去除的低水分(水分含量≤6%);最佳微波干燥组合是气流+微波。

Drying of Natural Rubber with Microwave Techniques
Abstract:Far-Infrared, microwave, and combination of microwave and other drying equipments were applied as heating source media in the natural rubber drying process, and the effect of drying technique and technical conditions on the dehydration efficiency, yield, quality, and operating costs were fully investigated. The results showed that the microwave drying had an average dehydration efficiency of 9.22% , which is 4.7 times higher than the far-infrared and 17.7 times higher than the fuel. The microwave drying technique was found most suitable for the elimination of the remained moisture (less than 6 %) that is very difficult to remove with common methods. It is preferred to conduct the rubber drying by using the combination of the fuel and the microwave techniques.
