摘    要:分析科研事业单位绩效考核存在的问题,提出因岗而异,采取不同的绩效考核办法、规范和完善绩效考核程序、合同转化和利用考核成果等措施,达到提高科研事业单位的人力资源管理水平,提升科技创新能力的目的。

Abstract:The traditional scientific research Institution achievements inspection exists becomes a mere formality, pointed not strong, the target simple extensive, the feedback system not perfect, to lack questions and so on coordinated sets of measures. Strengthens the achievements inspection and the achievements management has become the scientific research Institution personnel system reform the important content. Through because of hillock, but different, adopts the different achievements inspection means that the standard and consummation achievements measures and so on inspection procedure, contract transformation and use inspection achievement, achieves raises the scientific research Institution's human resources management level, the promotion scientific innovation ability function.
