| 摘 要： | 分析科研事业单位绩效考核存在的问题，提出因岗而异，采取不同的绩效考核办法、规范和完善绩效考核程序、合同转化和利用考核成果等措施，达到提高科研事业单位的人力资源管理水平，提升科技创新能力的目的。
