| 摘 要： | 概述30多年来国内外柱花草组织培养的研究成果，这些研究表明，利用柱花草的胚轴、根、真叶和幼茎为外植体，经愈伤组织、细胞悬浮或原生质体等途径均可成功诱导出完整的植株。并对影响其成败的关键因素与技术改进方向进行讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief account on the achievement of stylosanthes tissue culture,which obtained by the scientists at home and abroad in recent 30 years. Those results show that the whole plant can be obtained successfully from explant of the hypocotyl, root, true leaf and caulicle by means of callus, cell suspension, protoplast, etc. The general principles and possible problems in tissue culture are analyzed, and the progress and achievements in stylosanthes tissue culture are reviewed. |
