| 摘 要： | 科技要素日益成为农业发展的核心动力。然而，由于项目评价指标体系不完善等原因，推动科技进步的主力军——农业科研项目的资金利用效率并不高。笔者主要从农业发展、农业科技及科研成果的转化角度，提出科研项目的评价指标体系，并建立相应的能力/风险矩阵，以期优化农业科研项目评价指标体系，提高科研项目资金利用效率。

A Probe into the Appraisal System of Agricultural Scientific Research Project |

| Abstract: | Science and technology has become the core power increasingly. However, imperfect appraisal system for agricultural scientific research projects makes the utilization of funds inefficient. This paper, based on the review of literature dealing with the appraisal system of agricultural science projects, analyzes the evaluating indicators and methods for agricultural scientific research projects, in order to optimize the appraisal system and to increase the utilization efficiency of funds of agricultural scientific research projects. |
