摘 要: | 从海南洋浦近海分离到5株海洋酵母,利用生理生化结合ITS序列分析,分别鉴定为解脂耶罗威亚酵母(Yarrowia lipolytica)、热带假丝酵母(Candida tropicalis)、红酵母(Rhodotorula sp.)、季也蒙毕赤酵母(Pichia guilliermondii)、汉逊德巴利酵母(Debaryomyces hansenii)。耐盐性分析表明,在NaCl浓度为3%时,5株酵母的生长均没有受到影响。

Abstract: | Five marine yeasts were isolated from the coastal water of Yangpu, Hainan. The results of routine identification and ITS analysis showed that they belonged to Yarrowia lipolytica, Candida tropicalis, Rhodotorula sp., Pichia guilliermondii, Debaryomyces hansenii. The salt-tolerance analysis indicated that 3% NaCl had no effects on the growth of the five stains. |
