摘    要:通过发芽试验,筛选出宜于业经长时间恒温贮存的圭亚那柱花草[Stylosanthesguianensis(Aublet)Swartz]种子的重复吸水-回干处理方案,并依据此方案,测定了种子浸泡液的pH值、电导率、可溶性糖含量和紫外光密度。结果表明:浸泡8h/次×3次的重复吸水-回干处理可提高柱花草种子的活力,而其他处理方法均使种子活力呈下降趋势;种子活力与8h/次×第3次种子浸泡液的电导率尧紫外光密度密切相关,与pH值和可溶性糖含量相关性不大。因此,测定8h/次×第3次种子浸泡液的电导率、紫外光密度,可作为圭亚那柱花草种子活力的非破坏性检测方法。

Non-destructive Methods for Determination of Stylosanthes guianensis Seed Vigor
Abstract:Seeds of Stylosanthesguianensis(JB.Aublet) OP.Swartzstored at low temperature were treated with hydration-dehydration. With germination test we screened out an optimal way for repeated hydration-dehydration treatment of the seeds and determined the pH, electro conductivity, soluble sugar and optical density of the seed leakage. The vigor of Stylosanthesseeds soaked for 8 hr 3 times was found high while that of the other treatments tended to be low. The seed vigor was found significantly correlated with the electro conductivity and optical density but not with pH and soluble sugar. It is concluded that determination of the electro conductivity and optical density of the 3rd seed leakage from the seeds soaked for 8 hr 3 times can be used as a method for non-destructive determination of Stylosanthesseed vigor.
