| 摘 要： | 用乙腈提取样品，正己烷/丙酮作固相萃取淋洗液，两步净化后，采用液相色谱仪-紫外检测器进行甘蓝中啶虫脒残留量的分析测定。结果表明，该方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg。在0.10、0.50、1.00 mg/kg三个添加水平，回收率为82.2%～97.8%，相对标准偏差为2.1%～5.5%。
