海南农垦天然橡胶生产的技术效率与全要素生产率增长分解

根据海南省农垦88个国营植胶农场天然橡胶1998～2007年的面板数据，采用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数形式的随机前沿模型对天然橡胶生产的技术效率与全要素生产率进行测算和分解。结果表明：(1)开割面积的产出弹性为0.719 3，大于橡胶工人的产出弹性0.3936；(2)海南农垦国营植胶农场天然橡胶生产的技术效率水平服从于正态分布；(3)技术效率水平在考察期间保持不变，平均技术效率水平为0.573，最大值为0.958，最小值为0.313；(4)从技术效率的分布来看，技术效率＜0.5、＜0.6、＜0.7和＜0.8的

Dissociation of Rubber Technical Efficiency and Overall Productivity Increase at State Farms in Hainan

Stochastic Frontier Model of Cobb-Douglas production functions was used to measure and dissociate natural rubber technical efficiency and overall productivity based on the panel data of natural rubber at 88 state farms in Hainan Province from 1998~2007. The results showed that the output elasticity of tapping area was 0.7193 which was higher than 0.3936 of rubber workers. The natural rubber technical efficiency level at state farms in Hainan was subjected to normal distribution. The technical efficiency kept unchanged under observation, with the average 0.573, maximum 0.958 and minimum 0.313.
