型玉米套种精量穴播器研制

摘    要:基于种肥同施单元和穴播变频单元等结构研制了一种玉米套种精量种肥穴播器,主要用来实现小麦收获前期的玉米套种播种机械化,可精确控制种子、化肥的穴播量及穴间距(130~380mm)。与此同时,对自行研制的套种精量种肥穴播器进行了相关试验。结果表明:该穴播器有较高的工作可靠性,行走流畅且不会影响小麦的生长和收获,能够高效地完成小麦垄沟间玉米的精量播种;播种行距、株距均匀,深度适中,基本没有漏播、重播现象。该穴播器适用丘陵地区作业,并能实现播种量、施肥量的调节。

Abstract:A kind of precise seed and fertilizer interplanting maize dibbling machine was designed , based on the seed and fertilizer sowed simultaneously and dibbling frequency conversion unit structure .It was mainly used to the maize inter-plant seeding before the wheat harvest .It can accurately control the quantity of dibbling seed and fertilizer , and adjust the planting distance(130~180mm).At the same time, relevant experiments were carried out .The experimental results showed that it has higher reliability when dibbling machine working , walk smoothly , not affect the growth of wheat and harvest and was able to effectively complete precise sowing between row of wheat .When the seeding machine working , row spacing and planting distance was average , seeding depth was moderate and the phenomenon of missing sowing and replay sowing wasn ’ t appear .The dibbling machine could work in hilly areas and adjust quantity of dibbling seed and fertilizer .
