基于过载保护原理的深松装置设计及有限元分析

摘    要:为防止坚硬的犁底层对深松铲尖和铲柄的过载破坏,在研究过载保护装置工作原理的基础上,设计了一种具有过载保护功能的深松装置,并对其关键部件安全销的选型方法进行了研究和有限元校核验证。通过研究深松装置在正常载荷和超载荷两种不同状态下的受力,对其关键部件安全销的直径尺寸和材料选型方法进行了阐述,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件对选用材料为45碳素钢、直径为20mm安全销的过载保护深松装置,进行稳定工作和超载荷工作两种状况下的静力学分析。结果显示:在超载荷状态下,过载保护装置的安全销最大应力为538.47MPa,远大于45碳素钢的屈服强度355MPa。这表明,过载保护装置设计合理,能够起到过载保护作用。该研究可以为深松铲的过载保护设计提供依据。

Abstract:To prevent overload damage of the hard plow pan for Subsoiler tip and Shanks , designed a subsoiling device with overload protection function on the basis of research overload protection device operating principle , and its key com-ponents of the safety pin selection method were studied and finite element validation check .In this paper , by studying the subsoiling device under normal load and super load two different states of stress , it expounded its key components of the safety pin's diameter and material selection methods , and for the selection of materials of the 45 carbon steel with a diameter of 20 mm safety pin overload protection subsoiling device using ANSYS Workbench software for statics analysis under two conditions of stability and ultra-load work .The results showed that the overload protection device of safety pin maximum stress is 538.47MPa in the ultra-load state, which is much larger than the 45 carbon steel yield strength 355MPa.It is also shows that the overload protection device designed reasonable , and can play the role of overload pro-tection.The study can provide the basis for the overload protection design of the Subsoiler .
