棉箱压实搅龙机构对籽棉压缩作用仿真及分析

摘    要:建立棉箱压实搅龙机构的离散元仿真模型,仿真其在棉箱实际工作情况,并对压实搅龙机构工作过程中籽棉的压缩过程进行仿真分析,为棉箱压实搅龙的结构设计提供指导。仿真结果表明:籽棉颗粒数量增加时,压实搅龙推送作用对籽棉产生的圧缩力、籽棉颗粒间的挤压力、附着力、缠绕力均随着籽棉数目的增加而增大;当籽棉数量不再增加时,处于推送阶段籽棉间作用力较小,总压缩力趋于平缓;推送阶段结束后,籽棉数量没有增加,但在压实搅龙的推送下,籽棉于棉箱前端堆积相互挤压,籽棉颗粒间的压缩力显著增加,故籽棉的总压缩力快速增加。变径压实搅龙机构由于搅龙直径前大后小,堆积在棉箱尾部的籽棉由小径搅龙以稳定的输送量向前推送,前段大径搅龙将大量的籽棉推送压缩。变径搅龙阶段性推送,压实效果良好,其仿真模型可为其结构参数的设计提供理论参考。

Abstract:A discrete element simulation model is established with EDEM for compaction screw conveyor in the hopper. And simulation analysis on compression process of seed cotton during Working Process of compaction screw conveyor which provides guidance for structure design of compaction screw conveyor. Simulation results show that the compaction force of seed cotton produced by push function of compaction screw conveyor, and seed cotton compressions, adhesion, twisting force between particles are increased with the increase of the number of seed cotton. While the number of seed cotton no longer increases, seed cotton inter-atomic forces, smaller total compression force leveling off during the push stage. After the push stage, although seed cotton quantity does not increase, but under compaction stir the push of the compaction screw conveyor, seed cotton accumulation and extrusion in the front of hopper, the compression force of seed cotton increased significantly, so the total compression force of seed cotton rapidly increasing. Variable diameter compac-tion stir dragon institutions due to beat the dragon former after the small diameter, the accumulation in cotton seed cotton at the end of the box by the trail stirring dragons to stabilize the throughput of push forward, the front big diameter stirring the dragon will be a lot of seed cotton push compression, variable diameter compaction screw conveyor shows good effect on periodically push and compaction.
