基于气力脱膜与残膜物料特性相关的研究

摘    要:针对农田残膜回收中存在脱膜效果不佳的问题,研究并设计了一种新型夹持式残膜回收机且采用气力脱膜。首先,通过运用空气动力学及试验的方法并结合残膜物料的特性相关特性,重点对气力脱膜时所需气流作用力大小进行了研究;然后,进行了田间试验验证。结果表明:当采用橡胶材料制作的夹持板,在气流作用力大小为1.35N时,能够很好地满足脱膜作业要求。本研究可为研制有关气力脱膜的残膜回收机提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the existence of farmland residual film recycling membrane complex and take off the film effect is not ideal, which the author researches and designs a new kind of clamping type residual film recycling and the use of pneumatic stripping machine. First, through the use of aerodynamics and a method of testing the binding properties of plastic film material and relevant characteristics, focusing on the gas flow required stripping strength of the size of the study. Then, a field test verification. Finally, the results showed that:when the rubber material holding plate in the size of the force is 1. 35N when airflow, can satisfy the operational requirements stripping. In addition,this research can be developed for other about membrane impurity separation and strength to take off the film residual film recycling machinery to provide the reference.
