摘    要:甘蔗中耕是甘蔗生产的重要环节,针对甘蔗中耕作业人工耗费量大、机械化水平低的问题,设计开发了菱形四轮龙门架式高地隙甘蔗中耕机。该机采用全液压驱动,液压行走系统是该机的重要组成部分,驱动轮的同步性能会直接影响整机的稳定性。分析了甘蔗中耕机的结构特点和工作原理,针对中耕机驱动轮的同步性进行仿真分析,建立了分流集流阀和行走液压系统的AMESim模型,并通过样机试验验证了仿真模型的正确性。仿真试验和样机试验结果表明:单纯的分流集流阀同步方案驱动轮的同步误差高达10%以上,严重影响中耕机的直线行走性能。最后,提出了提高中耕机同步性的解决方案,为后续的改进工作提供理论依据。

Abstract:Sugarcane cultivation is an important link in sugarcane production .Aiming at the problem of high effort cost and low degree of mechanization during sugarcane production , a sugarcane cultivator with rhombic chassis offour-wheel is designed .This machine is fully hydraulic driven and hydraulic driving system is one of the most important parts of a sug-arcane cultivator, whose property will have profound influence on the reliability of the whole machine .Aiming at the syn-chronization of driving wheels , a simulation is done .The AMESim simulation model of a FCD valve and the hydraulic driving system are established .Then the correctness of the simulation model is verified by a prototype test .The results of both prototype test and the simulation show that synchronization scheme only using a FCD valve has a synchronization er -ror more than ten percent which significantly affect on the linear walking performance of the sugarcane cultivator .At last a promotion suggestion is made .All the work has provided theoretical basis for a further study and improvement .
