辣椒籽皮分离装置的设计研究

鉴于我国新疆地区大田作业的种植模式,针对人工分离辣椒籽皮的劳动强度大、成本高、周期长、籽皮分离效率低等问题,设计了一种机械式分离的辣椒籽皮分离装置并对关键部件进行了设计分析和型号选择。该装置,利用风机的吹风将辣椒皮与辣椒籽分开,落于筛网上,因辣椒籽小于筛网上的网眼,连杆机构进行偏心运动,带动筛网的运动,辣椒籽落于下一层的筛网,由卸料板处收集,辣椒皮由卸料槽处收集。利用这种籽皮分离装置将干辣椒进行籽皮分离,对辣椒进行充分的利用,经济效益高,操作简便,降低了分离工作难度,对大面积种植模式,尤其是对新疆地区具有促进作用。

Design and Analysis of Pepper's Seed and Skin Separator Device

At present, China's agricultural mechanization level is still relatively low, and there is a big gap compared with developed countries.In view of large area planting pattern in the area of Xinjiang, artificial separating pepper's seed and skin has the problem of large labor intensity, high cost, long separating period and low efficiency of separating.We have designed a new type of mechanical separation of pepper's seed and skin and analyzed the key parts and model selection of the machine.The device uses the fan blowing to separate pepper's seed and skin and fall on the screen mesh, the size of pepper seed is smaller than the screen mesh's hole, the linkage mechanism runs in the eccentric motion stage and drives the screen mesh that the pepper seeds fall in the next layer of screen mesh.Then the pepper seeds will be collected at stripper and the pepper skin will be collected at discharge chute.By using of this kind of separation device to separate pepper's seed and skin, we can make full use of pepper and it has high economic benefit, simple operation which is great significance to promote agricultural mechanization, and it has the promotion effect to the large area planting pattern, especially in Xinjiang area.
