基于Pro/E的水田除草机人机工程学设计及试验

摘    要:为提高步进式水田除草机的工作效率,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,进而提高除草效果,对步进式除草机进行了人机工程学设计。根据人体尺寸参数,除草机整机尺寸设计为长1 420mm、宽530mm、高900mm。利用Pro/E的质量分析模块对步进式水田除草机进行了质量属性分析,获得除草机的整机质量为2 5.2 kg,并估算出操作人员握扶手时的提升力为49N,表明操作除草机的劳动强度较低。对该除草机进行田间性能试验,结果表明:平均除草率为85.9%,平均伤苗率为4.4%,除草效率为0.173hm~2/h,操作人员劳动强度较低,符合水稻田间机械除草的作业质量要求。

Abstract:In order to enhance the working rate of the marching type paddy weeder,to reduce the labor strength of the op-erator, by which the weeding performance could be improved, the ergonomics was applied to design the marching type paddy weeder in this research. The overall dimension of the paddy weeder was 1420, 530 and 900mm corresponding to length, width and height. The mass attribute analysis of the paddy weeder was conducted by the mass analysis module of Pro/E. The overall mass of the paddy weeder was acquired 25. 2kg and the lifting force of the operator was thus estimated 49N which indicated low labor strength. Performance test in the field was conducted which showed that the average wee-ding rate of the paddy weeder was 85 . 9%, the average seedling injury rate was 4 . 4% and the working rate was 0 . 173hm2/h with low labor strength, which conforms the quality requirement of mechanical weeding in paddy field.
