甘蔗叶打捆收集机械作业性能的对比试验研究

摘    要:通过对我国秸秆打捆机械的调查分析,针对目前甘蔗叶机械化收集缺乏配套机具及现有机型适应性较差的现状,选择了5120型圆捆机和FSB-1600型方捆机作为试验研究对象。通过对这两种打捆机收集甘蔗叶的田间性能对比试验,分析了各机型的主要技术指标:作业小时生产率、单位面积耗油量、捡拾损失率。结果表明:两种机型的作业小时生产率基本一致,5120型圆捆机的单位面积燃油消耗量明显高于FSB-1600型方捆机,5120型圆捆机的捡拾损失率要优于FSB-1600型方捆机,且波动较小。通过两种打捆机的对比试验分析,为甘蔗叶打捆机的理论研究与优化设计提供了依据和新思路,有利于甘蔗叶综合利用产业的规模化发展。

Abstract:Because mechanization of sugarcane leaf collection is lack of ancillary equipment currently, and existing mod-els are poor adaptability of the status quo. Through investigation and analysis the straw baling machinery in China,select the 5120 round baler and FSB-1600 type square baler as a pilot study. Through comparative the field performance two balers collect cane leaves,the dominant factors including:operating hours of productivity,fuel consumption per unit area, picking up the loss rate. Obtained a job hourly production of two models are basically the same, 5120 round baler fuel consumption per unit area was significantly higher than the FSB-1600 type square baler,5120 round baler pick-loss rate is superior to FSB-1600 type square baler, and less volatile. By comparing the test of two balers, which provide a basis and new ideas for theoretical research and optimization design sugarcane leaves balers, conducive to large-scale develop-ment of comprehensive utilization of industrial sugarcane leaves.
