叶片式抛送装置噪声试验研究

摘    要:叶片式抛送装置广泛应用于牧草加工、谷物脱粒及秸秆粉碎还田等机械中,噪声高是叶片式抛送装置实际应用时的主要问题之一。为此,采用试验方法,通过对空载和负载时叶片式抛送装置的噪声进行实测,并对噪声信号进行频谱分析,结果表明:空载和负载叶片式抛送装置的噪声信号频谱结构非常相似,主要噪声源均为气动噪声,且都是旋转噪声,机械振动噪声及不平衡引起的噪声对整机噪声贡献不大;加入物料后主频频率略有增大,除了出料口气动噪声降低外,其余各测点噪声增大。

Abstract:Impeller-blower is widely applied in agricultural engineering, such as forage processing, grain threshing, straw crushing. High noise is one of the main problems in the practical application of impeller-blower. Through experi-mental research and spectral analysis, the main conclusions are as follows:noise spectrum of impeller-blower under dif-ferent operating condition are very similar to each other; the main noise of the impeller-blower is the aerodynamic noise instead of mechanical vibration noise, and all of them are rotation noise;the proportion of the noise caused by mechanical vibration and imbalance in the whole noise is small; after adding the material, the frequency increases slightly and the SPL data of most points are increased.
