玉米秸秆丝化压缩临界成型条件试验

摘    要:因玉米秸秆丝化压缩成型不同于一般物料的粉碎制粒和压缩打捆,因此通过自制压缩成型模具和计算机控制的电子万能试验机对丝化后的秸秆物料进行压缩成型试验,研究了不同物料尺寸、不同含水率及不同压缩方式对丝化后玉米秸秆成型块松弛比的影响。研究结果表明:考虑到用途和功率消耗因素,玉米秸秆丝化压缩成型的最佳含水率应控制在10%~20%范围内,使用多频快速压缩(压缩速度500mm/min,连续压缩5~8次),玉米秸秆丝化压缩成型的最小压力为6.22MPa,否则要应用更大的压力才能成型。该试验对压缩工艺的优化、压缩设备的研制和压缩成型后产品的特性研究具有重要参考意义。

Abstract:Compression molding of the silken corn stalk is different from pelletizing after crushed and balling. The com-pressive molding experiments were performed by using the homemade mold and electronic testing machine controlled by computer, in this experiments, effects of the size of materials, moisture content and different compressive methods on the slack ratios of briquette were studied. The results shows that the suitable moisture content should be controlled in the range of 10~20%, the minimum pressure is 6 . 22 MPa for the silken corn stalk compression molding under the multi-frequency rapid compressive method with compressive velocity of 500mm/min and 5 ~8times compression, otherwise, more pressure is necessary. The experiments is significant for the optimization of the compression process, the develop-ment of compression equipment and the characteristics after compression molding.
