决明子机械化种植技术及联合收获探索

摘    要:目前,我国决明子的种植面积越来越大,但其种植收获主要靠人工完成,生产效率低,药材质量难以保证。在山西省荀董村药材种植专业户基地,开展了决明子机械化种植及联合收获的探索,并针对雷沃谷神GE60(4LZ-6E2)小麦联合收割机用于决明子的收获质量指标进行了评价,结果表明:总损失率为6%,含杂率为5%,破碎率为3.8%,含杂率和破碎率符合大豆联合收割机械作业质量检测方法(N Y/T 7 3 8-2 0 0 3)国家标准;总损失率为该国家标准最高值的2倍,还需要进一步探讨。从收获的生产效率看,采用收获机械收获省时、省工,联合收获机收获效率是人工收获的8~10倍。

The Exploration of Mechanization Technology About Semen Cassiae in Planting and Harvesting
Abstract:At present,Semen Cassiae is planted by more and more farmers, but the way of planting is mainly completed through manual work.So the production efficiency is low and quality is not good.In the cultivation base for medicinal materials Xun Dong village of Shanxi Province, the exploration about mechanization of Semen Cassiae seed planting and harvest was developed.Semen Cassiae seed harvest quality index ,which were about he thunder god vogosmart GE60 (e2) 4 lz-6 wheat combine harvester,was evaluated.The results showed that total loss rate was 6%, the impurity rate was 5%, the broken rate was 3.8%.Impurity rate and breakage rate is according for national standards of soybean harvest machinery operation quality detection method (N Y/T 738-2003), but a total loss of the national standard peak,which need to be further discussed,is twice.From aspect of harvesting efficiency, the mechanical harvest is more save time and work, which is 8 to 10 times faster than manual work.
