核桃破壳机的试验与工作参数优化

摘    要:为了优化自制偏心击打式核桃破壳机的工作参数,提高核桃破壳的高路仁率,进行了核桃破壳试验研究。通过二次回归旋转组合试验,明确了击打行程、含水率、核桃尺寸与高路仁状况的具体关系,对破壳参数进行了优化和验证。结果表明:含水率在14.5%左右时,核桃高路仁效果最好;最佳的综合破壳效果条件为击打行程为5mm左右、含水率为14.5%左右、核桃尺寸为41mm左右。

Abstract:In order to optimized the working parameters of walnut shell breaking machine with eccentric impact mode, we did a research of walnuts unshelling. First, haven discussed the impact of moisture content on comprehensive shell break-ing by doing a single factor experiment of moisture content. Then, we have been analyzed the relationships between hit length, moisture content, size of walnut and the situation of unshelling and whole kernel through the general rotary combi-nation experiments. Finally, the working parameters are optimized and validated. The results show that moisture content 14. 5 percent is the best comprehensive shell breaking condition. The optimized unshelling condition include: hit length 5mm, moisture content 14. 5 percent ,size of walnut 41mm.
