喷雾机喷杆结构的研究现状及展望

摘    要:由于目前喷雾机的喷杆仍存在振动强、倾斜严重等问题,严重影响到喷雾机施药过程中的药液均匀性和作业效率,因此需要对喷雾机的喷杆进行结构优化。本文结合当前国内外喷杆结构研究的主要技术,从喷杆的结构特征入手,分析了目前喷杆结构存在的主要问题及相应的解决方式,总结了未来喷杆结构优化的发展方向,并对提高我国喷雾机效率的喷杆结构优化技术进行了展望。

Abstract:Current boom sprayer still has many problems such as strong vibration and serious tilt, which has seriously affected the liquid uniformity and sprayer efficiency during the spraying process, so the need to optimize the structure of the boom.Based on the current study about the structure of spray boom at home and abroad, this passage starts from the structure of the spray boom, analyzes the existing problems of boom structure and a corresponding solution, summarizes the future optimization direction of boom structure, finally, prospect the optimization technology of the boom structure to improve the efficiency of Chinese sprayer.
