摘 要: | 当前我国畜牧业的青贮饲料切碎作业中,亟待优化设计切碎机结构,以提升切碎机应用效益。为此,优化设计了2ZLF-500型轮刀式青贮饲料切碎机的结构,并结合试验验证其优化后在实际中的应用效益。经试验研究表明:优化设计2ZLF-500型轮刀式青贮饲料切碎机结构之后,提高青贮饲料质量20%,提高饲草切碎机使用可靠性12%。优化设计2ZLF-500型轮刀式青贮饲料切碎机结构,改进切碎机工作部件结构与参数,可以有效推广应用青贮饲料技术,对促进畜牧业的持续稳定发展,发挥积极作用。

Abstract: | This article aims to analysis of the composition and structure of 2 ZLF-500 type wheel knife type silage chop-per , and related experimental research .For the livestock industry in our country at present silage cutting operation , ur-gent need to optimize the design cutter structure , enhance the shredder application benefit , this analysis optimization de-sign 2 ZLF-500 round knife type silage cutting machine structure of demand , combined with experimental verification op-timization 2 ZLF-500 round knife type silage chopper structure after in actual application efficiency .Results after the test and research show that the optimization design 2ZLF-500 wheel knife type silage chopper structure after , improve the si-lage quality , increased by 20%, improve forage cutterhead with reliability , increased by 12% play practical benefits . Results show that the optimization design 2 ZLF-500 round knife type silage cutter structure , improved shredding machine components of the structure and parameters , can effectively promote the application of silage technology , our country to promote the sustained and stable development of animal husbandry , play a positive meaning . |
