摘    要:立式旋耕机刀片运动轨迹为余摆线,刀片若没有内折角的情况下,会出现"抗土"现象,其内折角的大小与刀片回转半径、刀片宽度、刀片转速、整机前进速度有关。刀组在装配时,其排列相位角应使刀片在切土范围内受力对称,以减少整机振动。

Abstract:The motion trail of blade in vertical rotary cultivator is a trochoid.Phenomenon of needless soil shear will appear at the condition of that blade without an inward folding angle.The angle was concerned with forward velocity of machine and turning radius of blade, as well as its width and rotate speed.Besides, during assembling process, arrange phase angle should aim at load balance of blade in soil cutting range.
