盆栽花卉分级旋向装置开发与试验

摘    要:随着人们生活水平的提高,对花卉的需求量不断攀升。目前,在盆花规模化生产中大多采用人工分级,存在分级标准不统一、分级效率不高及分级结果不准确等问题。为此,针对花盆口径120mm、底径90mm、高度9 0 mm的盆栽花卉,开发了一套基于机器视觉的盆栽花卉分级旋向装置。该装置可以用单一相机在同一位置获取盆栽花卉多方向的综合信息;通过试验考察了在旋向装置中盆栽花卉前进速度、旋转速度与两条旋向输送带速度的关系。结果表明:当旋转180°获取两幅盆栽花卉图像时,视窗的最小范围在160mm。

Abstract:With the improvement of people's living standard in our country, the demand of flower’ s continue to rise. At present, the large-scale product of potted flowers grading by labor. The grading standard is not unified and the grading efficiency is low. The grading result is inaccuracy. Researching the potted flowers, its caliber diameter is 120 mm, the bottom diameter is 90 mm and the height is 90 mm. The potted flowers grading rotary device based on machine vision. The device can get more directions of the potted flower comprehensive picture information by using a single camera at the same position. Through the test get potted flower speed and rotating speed with the relationship of the rotary device’ s two conveyor belt speed. And through the potted flower’ s rotation speed, field of View’ s minimum breadth is 160 mm when rotated 180 ° for getting two potted flower images.
